This buggy lift and dumper, with an adjustable discharge height ranging from 1450 to 1950 mm, is designed for handling standard 200 and 300-liter bins. It features a lifting speed of 5 m/min and a power output of 1.5 kW. Constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel, the motor is securely enclosed within a stainless steel housing.

This buggy lift and dumper, with a solid and robust design, can be either bolted to the floor or mounted on a mobile base. The discharge height can be adjusted in increments of 100 mm between 1450 and 1950 mm. Weighing 285 kg, it utilizes a worm gear drive system supported by axial and radial bearings. The lifting nuts are equipped with a safety system to prevent the carriage from falling. Designed to handle a maximum load of 300 kg, this lift is ideal for standard bins of 120, 200, and 300 liters, with adjustable discharge height in 100 mm increments to match the requirements of the receiving machine.
