Buggy lift and dumper 200L, discharge height from 2450 to 2950mm

This buggy lift and dumper is designed to handle standard 200 and 300-liter bins, with a lifting speed of 5 m/min and a power of 1.5 kW. It is constructed in AISI 304 stainless steel, with a motor properly protected inside a stainless steel housing.

This column lift-loader, with a solid and robust design, can be bolted to the floor or mounted on a mobile base, with an adjustable discharge height between 2450 and 2950 mm in 100 mm increments. It weighs 315 kg and features a transmission via worm screw, supported by axial and radial bearings. The lifting nuts are equipped with a safety system to prevent the carriage from falling. Designed for a maximum load of 300 kg, this elevator is ideal for standard 120, 200, and 300-liter containers, with the possibility of adjusting the discharge height every 100 mm according to the needs of the machine to be fed.
