The knife washing cabinet with knife holder washing foot allows for convenient washing of knives in the knife holder. The water pressure required for washing and rinsing is achieved by means of manual showering with water and compressed air. The knife holders are placed on a rotating base which gives the operator easy access to all parts of the knife holder.
It helps to ensure thorough cleaning and optimises washing time in the food industry.
