Ultra-fast industrial automatic grinder for all types of meat. Equipped with an electromagnetic clutch and different speeds between the blade shaft and the grinding screw. It is ideal for grinding ultra-frozen guillotined meat (up to -25°C).
Oversized components suitable for handling tough and prolonged work, achieving high daily production without maintenance issues.
The transmission is achieved through tempered shafts and alloy steel helical gears, treated and ground, mounted on ball and roller bearings, operating submerged in an oil bath for continuous and silent operation.
It features independent feeding and grinding motors, providing greater power and versatility.

- Completely made of stainless steel according to CE regulations.
- The discharge height is adapdated for 200 lt rolleys.
- Automatic feeding screw with 0.75 kW motor.
- It features different speeds between the blade shaft and the grinding screw, allowing for high cutting speed without clogging or increasing the temperature of the meat.
- The grinding unit is started via an electromagnetic clutch to provide maximum power from the beginning.
- Specifically designed for mincing guillotined ultra-frozen meat at any temperature.
