MIXGRIND MBP 200 automatic pre-mixer meat grinder. Variable speed for all types of meat. Specially designed to grind fresh and ultra-frozen meat (up to -25º) that requires pre-mixing to ensure uniformity in the ground product.
Equipped with an electronic speed variation system, independent for the blade shaft and the grinding screw, allowing for infinite combinations of both speeds depending on the product being ground. This optimizes production by using high cutting speeds and achieving perfectly ground product.
The pre-mixer meat grinder features a very solid construction backed by CATO’s guarantee, resulting in high performance with minimal maintenance.
