OGALSA Brine Preparation Tank – DAS 500/ DAS 1000/ DAS 1500

Specifications

• Circular section tank with a capacity of 500, 1,000, or 1,500 liters, with a conical bottom to ensure complete discharge and cleaning. Constructed from stainless steel sheet AISI 304 and AISI 316L with a thickness of 4mm (cylinder and bottom).
• The tank is supported on a sturdy base with 4 height-adjustable feet. In the free space of the base, the product transfer pump (1.1 kW) is located.
• Double lid on the top of the tank and a mount for a 3-BLADE AGITATOR.
• Large 3-BLADE AGITATOR (1.5 kW) to keep solids in suspension. It operates at much lower RPMs than other mixers on the market, while moving the same VOLUME.
• The product mixture enters from the top, with automatic filling and level detectors.
• The liquid level in the tank can be viewed on the vertical liquid level sight glass. Next to it, there is a graduated scale indicating the amount of brine in the tank.
• 1.1 kW food-grade transfer pump to feed the injector tank.

• To ensure the correct and safe operation of the pump, a minimum level detector is provided.

• For cleaning operations, the tank is equipped with a manual ball valve for draining, with a sloped bottom and rounded edges to facilitate cleaning.
