The stainless steel knife-holder with total protection and locking system is designed to guarantee a safe transport and storage during and/or after the working day, as well as being equipped with total protection and locking system. It is made of stainless steel to comply with food industry specifications. It facilitates the introduction of the working tools inside the knife holder in the washing and disinfection equipment such as the knife washing-sterilising machine Code RA00001748, or the continuous tunnel Code RA00000086 / RA00000047.
