The disinfection and sterilisation of knives in the food industry, especially in the meat sector, is key to prevent the spread of pathogens. That is why in Roser Group we are aware of the importance of hygiene in the sector and as a result, we have developed the MC-1 double chamber knife disinfector, which guarantees the correct disinfection of up to 10 knives.
- Knife disinfector built in AISI 304 Stainless Steel.
- It has a double chamber for isolation.
- Disinfection system by immersing the knives in 82° C water.
- The water is kept at a constant temperature of 82ºC by means of a 1000W electric heating element and thermostat with thermal protection and reset.
- Safety system so that the heating element does not work if there is no water in the tank.
- Water recirculation system, filling at the top and connection at the bottom.
- Drain plug with overflow.
- Drain at the bottom of the tank. Manually operated ball valve.
- The knife disinfector has a capacity for 10 knives + 2 sharpeners (not included in the equipment) or 1 ROSER knife holder code RA00000332 (not included in the equipment).
- Available for placement in sinks, work tables, cutting lines, etc.
