The Powergrind Plus automatic grinders allow the mincing of fresh and semi-frozen meat (previously guillotined) down to -18ºC. They stand out for being equipped with an independent dual perpendicular screw shaft system, providing high power with variable speed.

- Suitable for the installation of a nerve extractor for fresh meat (not included).
- Includes a safety lock on the mincing mouth lid, preventing the lid from being opened while the mincing screw motor is running
